First Snow ACEO

Spirit dolls, tree ornaments

Last night I finished a few tree ornaments for my eBay store, now it is a matter of listing them, which is not my cup of tea, but I must do it today.

They make wonderful Feng Shui companions or tree ornaments.

Upcoming Exhibit in Cleveland

This is my assemblage titled "Slinky and Puzzled" that will be in the "True Value Vintage Exhibit" at the Pop Shop Gallery in Cleveland Ohio from Dec. 2nd thru Dec. 30th 2006. The theme of the exhibit is childhood memories and vintage toys....so I did mine representing the slinky and puzzles, which were among my favorites. I've incorporated my digital art in this piece.

This piece is a little "over the edge" from what I usually do, but I had fun experimenting with being a little more abstract than I usually am :) I like to "push the envelope" every now and again.

ALTERED BOOK ENVELOPE ART & 10 ORIGINAL ACEO/ATC by Vera Lucia Emerim

This altered book/leather like chest is made of 10 envelopes. I made 10 original mixed media ACEOs/ATC to go inside the envelopes. The little trunk was made by me using craft foam and then faux finished to look like leather. It stands alone or can put in a purse,handbag or even a pocket. Autumn Leaves Fairy Watercolor

My 9 x 12 original Autumn Leaves Fairy is painted on 140lb watercolor paper. It does not need custom framing and will fit into a readily available standard size matt and frame.This fairy is very magical, I've used quite a bit of matallic paint to give the whole painting a whimsical glow. The background, leaves, wings and her hair all have touches of either gold, pearl or silver metallic paint. She would bring a bit of magic into any room she hangs in or would make a great gift.
